Well, I got one book read and am about halfway through the other. Considering that I started the weekend 30% through the second book, that isn't as great as it sounds, but I'll take it. I am not feeling much better. I have been on antibiotics for four days, and would have thought I would feel a little better, but not yet. I am sure that the green dusting of pollen that everything has isn't helping, but we will see how I feel when the whole ten days worth of antibiotics are gone. The antibiotics are tearing my stomach up, so that's fun. Being doubled over with stomach cramps makes it a little hard to read, so that is what I am blaming not finishing the second book. I'm sure my many naps had nothing to do with it. According to my Good Reads counter, at my current pace I am two books behind for my challenge. I have to start picking easier books! I am going to start The Color Purple as soon as I am done with The Non-Toxic Avenger and The Happiness Project.
I am trying to plug away at my projects list, but this weekend balancing the checkbook was about as good as it got. Today I did manage to go to the grocery store (!!) and clean out the refrigerator, though.
Other than that, there has been a whole lot of this going on this past weekend, and I have no intention of doing anything different tomorrow!
